Who's Buying ?
The Schock family moved to Bourbonnais, Illinois from the Boston area. Brad, his wife Jennifer and their three boys relocated for Brad's new job. They were looking for a home that was fairly new and they wanted to move ASAP.
I was able to find them a new house built by Centex Homes which was already built and ready to go.
While working with Brad he mentioned his interest of investing in real estate. Shortly after the Schock family settled into their new home we started looking at investment property. We eventually came across two 8-unit apartment buildings in Momence.
