My Objective

Why I’m here?

I'm interested in helping people invest in real estate to achieve long-term wealth. Since my first real estate investment purchase in 1996 I've been passionate about real estate investing, especially after doubling my purchase price after just 7 years.

What I offer to you:

What I expect from you:

Get off the fence!

Being in real estate since 1996, I’ve seen my real estate equity grow leaps and bounds. My wife who is the same age as me has followed the 401K programs by contributing a significant amount of her paycheck, plus her employer is matching along the way. I look at her 401K savings and it doesn’t compare to what I have if I sold my real estate today, even in a down cycle. Now we are looking at a stock market that has returned to the levels of when I started investing in real estate (1995). Amazing!! I am now convinced more than ever that real estate investing is where my money should be.

I look forward to working with you to achieve your real estate goals.
